Over a distinguished 31-year tenure at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Attah rose through the ranks to helm the nation’s Financial Inclusion Secretariat, where he directed one of the continent’s most ambitious and technically sophisticated financial access programs.

Renowned for his ability to translate complex macroeconomic objectives into actionable frameworks for underserved populations, Mr. Attah has consistently bridged policy vision with grassroots economic realities. Academically grounded in agricultural economics and microfinance (B. Agric, Second Class Upper, Agricultural Economics – Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; Master’s in Microfinance – Giodao Dell’Amore Foundation / University of Bergamo, Italy), Mr. Attah combines rigorous technical insight with adaptive policy design. His further training at the Fletcher Leadership Programme for Financial Inclusion (Tufts University, USA) sharpened his capacity for persuasive advocacy, international negotiation, and cross-sector coalition building.

Since transitioning from public service in 2020, Mr. Attah has remained a trusted advisor to national and subnational governments, international development partners, and private sector actors seeking to design or implement transformative economic strategies. His consultancy has shaped frameworks for MSME competitiveness, agricultural value-chain optimization, rural economic development, and sector-specific growth blueprints — including nationally recognized strategies for MSME growth, oil palm revitalization, and multi-year agricultural development plans across multiple Nigerian states.

A graduate of the prestigious Bayero University Kano, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Second Class Upper Division, Adama has consistently combined academic excellence with hands-on expertise. Olayinka Adeyemi Peter

Olayinka Adeyemi Peter is a highly accomplished professional whose career spans more than two decades at the intersection of data analytics, quantitative research, and project management. With a solid academic foundation in Statistics and Economics, he has distinguished himself as an authority in the use of data for strategic decision-making and programme delivery. His career has evolved across academia, finance, and the development sector, where he has consistently demonstrated intellectual depth, managerial competence, and the rare ability to transform numbers into narratives that drive sustainable change.

Olayinka’s professional journey reflects both innovation and impact. His rise to national prominence came as the pioneer Data Manager for the implementation of Nigeria’s National Financial Inclusion Strategy, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of designing and leading the data management framework that underpinned the landmark initiative. His strategic leadership in this role ensured that robust data became central to monitoring financial inclusion progress and policy direction, positioning him as one of the foremost authorities in leveraging analytics for national development agendas. This achievement laid the foundation for his recognition as a voice of authority in the field of data-driven programme design and evaluation.

His contributions to the development sector further underscore his capacity for leadership and impact. As Deputy Project Coordinator of the Federal Government’s Wheat Value Chain Resuscitation Initiative—popularly known as the Brown Revolution—implemented under the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Anchor Borrowers’ Programme, Olayinka played a critical role in revitalizing Nigeria’s wheat ecosystem. Working alongside the Project Lead, he provided technical and managerial oversight that enabled the nation’s wheat seed bank to grow exponentially from less than 1,500 metric tonnes in 2015 to more than 20,000 metric tonnes by 2018. This transformation not only revitalized an ailing agricultural subsector but also contributed significantly to Nigeria’s food security and self-sufficiency agenda.

Earlier in his career, Olayinka provided his expertise as Monitoring and Reporting Consultant with UNICEF Nigeria under the Girls’ Education Programme between 2008 and 2014. There, he worked to ensure that children in underserved and disadvantaged regions were given access to basic education. His work strengthened programme accountability and generated evidence-based insights that guided interventions, contributing to thousands of children gaining the opportunity to complete their education. The experience reinforced his passion for applying data as a tool to enhance social outcomes and uplift marginalized communities.

Currently, Olayinka serves as Principal Project Manager at Tripod Professional Services Limited, where he oversees projects of national importance. A notable example is the Digital Literacy for the Informal Sector Project, funded by the National Information Technology Development Agency in collaboration with the National Youth Service Corps Directorate Headquarters. Through his leadership, this project has empowered young people and informal sector actors with critical digital skills, aligning capacity development with national priorities for inclusive growth in the digital economy.

Her distinguished tenure of more than three years at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) marks a defining period in her career. At the apex bank, Florence played a central role in shaping and delivering financial inclusion initiatives that expanded access to affordable credit, strengthened the capacity of MSMEs, and promoted digital financial services as a lever for national development. His academic foundation is both rich and diverse, spanning across several leading institutions in Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Biology from the University of Ilorin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Crop Production Technology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and a Master of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Nasarawa State University. This robust educational background provided him with the scientific grounding and managerial insight to engage agriculture not merely as subsistence, but as a thriving and globally competitive enterprise.

Mr. Hammed is deeply integrated into Nigeria’s agricultural networks and professional associations. He is a Life Member and the FCT Chapter Secretary of the Forestry Association of Nigeria, a role through which he contributes to the sustainable management of forest resources. He also serves as Vice President, North Central, of the National Mushroom Growers and Processors Association of Nigeria, where he champions mushroom farming as an emerging agribusiness frontier. Additionally, his membership in the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA) Youth Entrepreneurs positions him at the intersection of agriculture, commerce, and policy advocacy.

Over the years, his entrepreneurial journey has been marked by resilience, experimentation, and strategic focus. While he initially explored multiple agricultural ventures such as maize, cassava, golden melon cultivation, rabbit production, and snail rearing, his true breakthroughs came in beekeeping, mushroom production, fisheries, and horticulture. These enterprises eventually crystallized into a registered company, Haset Merchandise and Services Limited, a rapidly expanding agribusiness with outlets in Abuja and a network of trainees spread across Nigeria. Through this enterprise, Mr. Hammed has successfully created jobs, mentored young farmers, and built robust value chains that link producers to markets.

Haset Merchandise and Services Limited has also become a reputable hub for agricultural innovation and services. Beyond producing and vending farm products to notable outlets in Abuja and its environs, the company is involved in the importation and sale of beekeeping and mushroom production equipment. It provides training programs, consultancy services, and farm setup support—empowering countless Nigerians to embrace agriculture as a sustainable business.

His passion for continuous learning and international exposure is evident in his participation in the prestigious training on the “Application of Juncao Technology: Mushroom Production, Livestock Feed, and Environmental Protection” held in Rwanda.
